- Short notice/last minute bookings: full payment on confirmation or negotiable terms
- Consequence of non-payment: automatic cancellation by reservation system
Cancellation Fee :
- Early departures: no refunds
- No-shows: full charge of accommodation and one-way transfer
- Cancellation policy depends on season and notice period:
- Peak season: 50% charge if cancelled 40 days prior, 100% charge if cancelled 30 days prior
- High season: 50% charge if cancelled 21 days prior, 100% charge if cancelled 14 days prior
- Medium and low season: 50% charge if cancelled 14 days prior, 100% charge if cancelled 7 days prior

We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final
You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period
Resort Policies
Check-in start time 6 AM
Check-out time before 4 PM
- Check-in at the resort is regulated by seaplane transfer schedules.
- Seaplane transfers are available from 6 AM to 4 PM.
- The resort can arrange same-day transfers for international flight arrivals before 3:15 PM.
- Departures for flights after 9:30 AM can also be arranged by the resort.
- For the most accurate and detailed instructions, it’s recommended to check directly with the resort or on their official website.
The age policy is as follows:
- 00.01-1.99 years: Infant - Accommodation & Transfers free of charge
- 02.00-11.99 years: Child - Chargable as specified & Transfers as specified.
- 12 years and above: Adult
The resort also provides information on the maximum occupancy for different types of bungalows :
- Beach Bungalow: Can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.
- Water Bungalow: Can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.
- Platinum Beach Bungalow: Can accommodate 2 adults.
