The Villas Siladen Resort & Spa offers 22 villas in four room grades: luxury, beach, garden, and double bedroom. Each villa is spacious, elegant, and fully equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. All villas have a private veranda with comfortable chairs and a hammock, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the tropical garden or the ocean. The luxury villas also feature a private outdoor jacuzzi and a gazebo.

The Diving Siladen Resort & Spa is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort that provides a full range of diving services, including courses, equipment rental, nitrox, and underwater photography. Our experienced and friendly dive guides will take you to explore the amazing underwater world of Bunaken National Park, where you can encounter a variety of marine life, such as turtles, sharks, rays, barracudas, napoleons, and countless colorful fish and corals. We have two custom-built dive boats that can accommodate up to 16 divers each, and we offer up to four dives per day, including night dives and dawn dives.

The Spa Siladen Resort & Spa is not only a paradise for divers, but also for those who seek relaxation and wellness. Our spa offers a range of treatments, such as massages, facials, scrubs, and wraps, using natural products and traditional techniques. You can choose to have your treatment in one of our private spa rooms, or in our open-air pavilion overlooking the ocean. Our spa therapists will pamper you and make you feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

FIT Reservations

Full payment by Bank Wire Transfer 45 days before arrival, or hotel will charge guest at published rate (unless credit arrangements agreed).
Deposit required to secure booking.
30% of invoice due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Full payment due within 7 days of booking for reservations less than 45 days before arrival.

Group Reservations

Full payment by Bank Wire Transfer 60 days before arrival for groups, or hotel will charge guests at published rate (unless credit arrangements agreed).
Deposit required to secure booking: 10% within 7 days, 20% within 180 days, 50% within 120 days of arrival (plus Group Rooming List).
For group reservations less than 120 days before arrival, 50% payment within 7 days of booking.
For group reservations less than 60 days before arrival, full payment within 7 days of booking.

Deposit / Full payment in EURO, net of bank charges.

Cancellation Fee :

No-Shows and cancellations within 45 days of check-in date (60 days for groups) incur a 95% charge of the room reserved.
Cancellations between 46 and 90 days of check-in date (61 to 120 days for groups) result in deposit forfeiture.
Cancellations 91 days or more before check-in date (over 121 days for groups) allow deposit refund minus 50% cancellation fee and bank charges, or deposit use for future booking within 6 months minus administration fee.
Tour Operator is liable for full payment if individual or group do not arrive.
No credit or refund for personal emergencies or other causes of force majeur. Travel insurance policy is recommended.
