Payment & Cancellation

Payment Terms :

To secure your booking, you need to pay a 30% deposit.
You can only pay in Indonesian Rupiah.
If you transfer money from overseas, you have to cover the currency exchange and bank fees.

Cancellation Fee :

Full refund minus IDR 500,000 per person if you cancel more than 90 days before check-in
Half refund if you cancel 60 to 90 days before check-in
Quarter refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in
Cancellation due to force majeure can be postponed for up to a year

Please be aware that your payment is final and non-refundable. You cannot cancel or reduce any individual dives in your package. Also, once you check in, your invoice is fixed and cannot be changed. This applies even if you cancel any dive or shorten your stay.

We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period
