Payment & Cancellation

Payment Terms :

  • DEPOSIT: Deposit of 25% of the total booking value is to be paid within 14 days from receiving the booking reference to confirm the booking.
  • BALANCE: Remaining amount to be paid 45 days before arrival. If you book your room less than 45 days before arrival you will pay the full amount directly. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
  • Payment in advance is required for all room rates and/or packages.
  • Bookings made through the website are paid via PayPal.
  • Bookings made directly with the reservations team are paid via bank transfer or IDR cash. Always quote the booking reference number when making payment.
  • Bank charges must be covered by the sender.
  • On the property the hotel accepts the most common credit/debit cards. However, the hotel is not obliged to accept cheques, vouchers or foreign currency unless the hotel has volunteered to do so.
  • On the property the hotel only accepts IDR cash and all credit/debit card payments are charged in IDR currency.
  • Under Indonesian law the hotel cannot receive the funds by credit/debit card unless the card can be physically swiped.
  • Additional items bought in the Food & Beverage area, reception, or dive centre during the stay of the guest must be paid by the guest before departing the hotel. It is recommended to settle the bill at least 24 hours before departure.

Cancellation Fee :

Free cancellation for 23h after confirmation
  • In the event of cancellation or modification to the booking, a written request must be sent by email to [email protected] to cancel the booking or to do a date change.
  • If the guest cancels the booking between 90 & 45 days prior to the date of reservation, will result in the deposit of 25% Forfeited.
  • If the guest cancels the booking less than 45 days prior to the date of reservation, complete payment is non-refundable.
  • Changing dates can be done with no penalty, however shortening your stay in less than twenty four (24) hours of the booked arrival date, you will incur a penalty of 100% of the dates cancelled.
  • In cases of “no-shows’ the hotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation related to your booking.
  • If the hotel has incurred costs specifically related to your booking, the guest must also reimburse such costs.
