Our water bungalows are designed in the authentic Papuan style, using local materials and craftsmanship. Payment Terms :

PAYMENT :

Payment of full invoice amount or 25% deposit is required to confirm bookings.
Full payment is due 45 days before arrival for all bookings.
Bookings may be cancelled without notice if payment terms are not met.
Cancellations incur charges.
Payment methods include credit/debit card (except Amex) via TransferWise or bank/EFT/wire transfer.

TRANSFERWISE :

A payment option that accepts bank transfer or credit card in various currencies and accounts.
Fees are displayed during the payment process.
Payments should be sent to [email protected] TransferWise account.
TransferWise account details are available upon request.

BANK TRANSFER/EFT : a payment option that requires the following steps:

Use the account details on the invoice and the exact beneficiary/payee name “PT. PAPUA DIVING”.
Pay in the same currency as one of our accounts to avoid exchange charges.
Send a bank receipt to [email protected] to confirm your payment.
Pay all the bank charges and select ‘payer pays full transfer fees’.
Be aware of the additional charges by intermediary banks and the possible difference between the invoice and received amount.

EXCHANGE RATES : All prices are based in EURO and exchange rates used will be calculated on the day the booking is created.

Cancellation Fee :

Cancellations must be written and sent to [email protected].
Cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation and the invoice value per person.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused dive packages/courses.
Refunds for bookings via travel agents must be claimed via the agents.
Refunds outside of the terms are a matter of insurance.

We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period
