Cancellation policies and Departure guaranty
1. Where the destination is administratively “open“ in both directions, a positive test by the client prior to departure is not a cause for cancellation or postponement without charge of the trip and the standard cancellation
conditions of our General conditions of sales apply. The client must take care to take out or be covered by insurance covering Covid cancellation.
2. When the destination is administratively “closed“ on departure or arrival or when the client cannot fly due
to administrative constraints in his/her country of origin, this is a case of force majeure and the cancellation and
postponement are free of charge (except for administration fees) for a period of up to 2 years from the date of
the cancelled cruise and no refunds will be made following cancellations.
Cancellation policies applicable to all guests
• Less than 21 days from departure date, payment of 100% of the total amount.
• From 22 to 36 days from departure date, payment of 75% of the total amount.
• From 37 to 51 days from departure date, payment of 50% of the total amount.
• From 52 to 66 days weeks from departure date, payment of 25% of the total amount.
• From 67 to 112 days from departure date, payment of 10% of the total amount.
Note: special cases will be taken in consideration a case at a time.
The minimum number of participants to ensure the departure of the cruise depends on the total
capacity of the boat.
Boat with a capacity of 20 persons: 12 persons minimum.
Boat with a capacity of 22 persons: 13 persons minimum.
Boat with a capacity of 24 persons: 14 persons minimum.
Boat with a capacity of 26 persons: 16 persons minimum.

Cancellation conditions applicable to groups and full charters :
• Less than 30 days from departure date, payment of 100% oof the total amount.
• From 30 to 45 days from departure date, payment of 75% of the total amount.
• From 45 to 60 days from departure date, payment of 50% of the total amount.
• From 60 to 75 days from departure date, payment of 25% of the total amount.
• From more than 75 days from departure date, payment of 10% of the total amount.
Note: Special cases will be considered on an ad hoc basis.
Seafari reserve the right to cancel, without compensation, a cruise one month before the departure date if the
minimum number of guests required is not reached unless already confirmed on our cruise schedule online.
We reserve the right to refuse a client if the boarding time on the boat, due to problems independent from Seafari (important flight delay, etc...) is later than 10 a.m., on the day of departure of the boat to avoid conflicts with
Egyptian coast guard and the claims of other clients already on board.
Guests or latecomers will be redirected depending on availability to another cruise or hotel stay with daily diving
program (depending on availability). The costs occasioned by boat change or hotel stay will be charged to the
client.
In the event of a natural disaster or pandemic that prevents a participant from joining a cruise, a free carry-over
of the amounts incurred to a later date of the participant’s choice will be applied. No refund will be granted in
this case
