Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for Single Traveler Booking Guests:

Deposits are non-refundable.
91 days or more before departure : 30% from total invoice
90 days or less before departure : 100% from total invoice

Cancellation Policy for Charter Booking:

-More than 365 days, 30% from deposit payment
365 to to 91 days prior to departure, the 45% deposit is forfaited
90 days or less prior to departure the total amount is lost

Deposit & payment terms

Payment term for a direct booking guest:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% must be sent to the specified bank account within 10 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to submit the deposit within the given timeframe grants Liveaboards the right to resell the reserved berths.
The remainder of 70% final payment has to be paid 90 days before the date of cruise departure.
Payment of the balance must be made 90 days prior to the departure date. If full payment of the balance is not received by this date, Liveaboards can cancel the booking and enforce the cancellation policy as set out in the Cancellation Policy below.

Payment Term Full Boat Charter:

A 30% deposit of the total price must be paid to KLM Lady Denok within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the nullification of your reservation, with no guarantee of berths availability for your desired cruise.
The second payment, totaling 30% of the overall price, must be submitted to KLM Lady Denok no later than 12 months from the embarkation date.
The remaining 40% of the total price and any additional charges should be settled with Lady Denok no later than 90 days before the embarkation date.
